Guidelines for residents and their guests to keep every residence safe, respectful and harmonious.

Visitor Restrictions

Visitors and outside guests are not permitted within the accommodation during a resident's stay, except in reasonable emergencies or genuine concerns. Violation or such reporting will result in penalty of ₹500 under applicable house rules.

Accompanying Persons During Property Visits

Only same-gender accompanying persons may enter the residence during a scheduled property visit. Persons of the opposite gender may wait within the residential complex, subject to its access rules.

Identity Verification

All accompanying persons must carry a valid Aadhaar Card or Voter ID for verification at the security gate. PAN cards will not be accepted as valid identity proof for this purpose.
