Sign Up and Apply
Submit required details of resident through the application form and an application number will be generated and sent to your registered email.
Availability Check
Our team will review room availability which will be communicated to you via email and the same will be updated on our website dashboard.
Property Visit and Identity Proof
Schedule a convenient date and time to visit the preferred residence from the available time slots. Carry Aadhaar/Voter ID or relevant identification details of the expected resident while visiting, failing which entry might be restricted by building security or management. Please note, a PAN Card will not be considered valid identity proof.
After Visit Term
The available room will ordinarily not be on hold during this step. We are open to holding the room exclusively for you with an advance payment of ₹5,000 which is adjustable towards the rest of the accommodation charges upon mandatory police verification acknowledgement.
Mandatory Police Verification
Submit required information and documents for the police verification process from your dashboard. Our team will conduct the process on your behalf within 48-72 hours.
Pay Accommodation Charges & Deposit
Upon being notified about verification acknowledgement receipt, you need to complete the due accommodation charges along with security deposit payment from your dashboard within 72 hours for a successful reservation.
Accept Final Terms and Move-In
Review our policies and accept the final terms and guidelines of our residence, and proceed with your move-in.
