About the Residence

• What type of residences do you offer?

  We usually offer managed short-term shared and independant self-serviced designated flexi-stay accommodation residences designed for working professionals, Interns and students with twin occupancy and very limited single occupancy options.
  
  Our spaces are well furnished with premium appliances and located in prime locations of Kolkata.

• Who can apply for a residence?

  Indian and Foreign Citizens including both male and female applicants can apply, subject to the applicable residence requirements, verification, documents, eligibility and room availability.

• Is smoking and drinking prohibited?

  Yes. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the accommodations. We currently do not have rooms where smoking or drinking is permitted.

• Can visitors enter the residence?

  We request you to go through our Policies page for the applicable visitor guidelines and requirements.

Application & Visit

• Can I apply offline?

  Unfortunately, offline application processing is not available at this time. Applications must be submitted through our website.

• What happens after my application is reviewed?

  We may accept or decline your application on the basis of room availability and profile eligibility, as applicable. Upon denial, the application will be closed. Upon acceptance, you can move ahead with scheduling a property visit.

• Can I visit the residence before booking?

  Yes. After accepting the residence, you can schedule a convenient date and time for the property visit from the available time slots.

• What identity proof should I carry for the property visit?

  Please carry the valid identification proof of the expected resident and the accompanying individual. The accompanying individual must be of the same gender as the expected resident. However, an opposite-gender individual may come and wait at the residence complex. Aadhaar, Voter ID or other relevant identification may be accepted. PAN Card will not be considered valid identity proof.

• Is the room held after the property visit?

  The available room will ordinarily not be held during this stage. We may hold the room exclusively for you against an advance payment, which will be adjustable towards the remaining due payment upon successful verification.

• Is advance payment necessary?

  Yes. If you do not complete the required advance payment to hold the room for you, the application will be closed within 72 hours,

Police Verification

• Is police verification mandatory?

  Yes. Police verification is mandatory. Required information and documents must be submitted through your dashboard, and our team will conduct the process on your behalf to secure the filing receipt.
  
  An existing receipt may be verified by GEET Premium Living management, where applicable.

• What happens if police verification is unsuccessful after I move-in ?

  An unsuccessful or flagged verification even after move-in will lead to termination of stay and same may be handled by regulatory authority and enforcement team for compliance.

Payments & Deposit

• When do I pay the accommodation charges and security deposit?

  Before final move-in. Upon police verification filing receipt/acknowledgement is uploaded by GEET™ Premium Living, you will be notified to complete the payment of due accommodation charges along with security deposit through your dashboard. We recommend completing the payment within 72 hours for successful reservation.

• How much is the security deposit?

  The security-deposit is entire one (01) month of occupancy/opted plan charges for all type of rooms.

• Is the security deposit refundable?

  Yes, subject to the applicable terms.

Stay & Policies

• What is the minimum stay?

  The minimum stay is one (01) month, subject to applicable plan and agreed offer or stay.

• What are the cancellation, payment and refund policies?

  Please refer to our Policies page for the applicable cancellation, payment and refund terms.

• Can I book your accomodation per-day basis ?

  We currently do have such offer reserved only for corporate teams.
