Application Deadlines

Failure to submit the required information or payment within 72 hours may result in automatic application closure.

Police Verification and Co-operation

Police verification is mandatory and non-negotiable at GEET™ Premium Living. An applicant will be allowed to complete next steps for move-in, only after official filing receipt is secured by management.

  • • Applicants must submit authentic identity proofs, permanent and present addresses, corporate or academic credentials, correct mobile number and email within the 72 hours of room hold window.
  • • Active residents must remain fully cooperative with local police personnel during verification drive or physical spot check at the property, where required.
  • • In the event that a moved-in resident's verification is retroactively flagged or canceled by law enforcement, their stay previlege will be terminated instantly and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

Security-Deposit Refund Timeline

The security deposit refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of move-out/clearance day or may be on the same day, after applicable deductions. Residents must update their bank details in advance on their portal. After management processes a refund, the amount may take an additional 2 to 3 business days to be credited to the designated bank account updated by resident.

Overdue Payments

Monthly charges must be paid on or before the due date specified by management.

Overdue charges apply to payments received after the due date, in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
